President Obama has come out and declared what he originally declared as a senator: he endorsed gay marriage. His Hollywood followers are happy about his stance. People in the 1950’s would say they are all gay about it. Our vocabulary has changed since. Perhaps we should ask ourselves if this is the way to being gay or happy, as we once said? God gave Eve to Adam, not Steve. And God hasn't changed. His ideal for happiness is the family, which pictures His family. How can we understand the glorious family relationship in the family of Love, since God is Love, if we pervert that relationship here below?

God’s ideal of one man, one woman, bearing children who are brought up in His ways of love has been assaulted. The way to true joy and happiness is through the family relationship, with both a father and mother present.

Many claim the Bible doesn't really reject the gay lifestyle. See for yourself from this passage in the New Testament, Romans, Chapter 1:24 Therefore God gave them over in the lusts...

We have seen in previous articles that the spirit of stupidity is dominating America. Any wonder that we see no common sense anymore? Vanderbilt University, which began as a religious institution, has made a ruling that exalts stupidity. Now a Muslim can be a leader in a Christian club at the university. Political correctness says that we must not discriminate. So an unbeliever can lead a club that is full of believers in Jesus. This destroys the ability of the club to function. Read more…

 

We must ask the question, can a Christian then be a leader in a Muslim club on campus? Does it work both ways, or are the Muslims getting special treatment?

 

Does anyone have any common sense anymore? Has political correctness gone amuck? Once the nation abandoned God, He declared in Isaiah 3 that He would remove wise leaders from the nation and give them what they deserve, leaders with no experience and no godly wisdom.

Because America has rebelled against God and believers have not prayed...

God says blessed are they who do (His commandments; Ps. 111:10). Faith without good works is dead. We must allow Jesus in us to do the works of love to others in our lives, our mates, our family, our church brethren, and even our enemies. How do we do these works in a practical, concrete way? Should we discern and respect others' "love languages," the things that communicate love to them?
